- A summary of how the ALPR system was used and the purpose of its use.
- Report of the network audit, including the number of officers and the number of times the ALPR system was used.
- The results of any internal audits, any information about violations of the ALPR use Redwood City Police Department policy, and any actions taken in response.
- A summary of any complaints or concerns received regarding the use of the ALPR system.
