Note: all businesses on the affected block must be notified of the proposed street closure, even if they do not sign the petition.
Please attach a diagram of the area involved and the streets to be closed. Indicate the proposed placement of barricades. Include houses and their street numbers.

If you propose to prohibit parking as part of the street closure, once approved, the applicant is responsible for purchasing and placing their own No Parking signs 72 hours prior to the event. Vehicles that do not comply will not be towed.
