The Downtown renaissance continues with the milestone project - Crossing 900. This project consists of a mid-rise office building with some retail and parking, and will create a new, welcoming gateway to our Downtown.

A Construction "Look Ahead"

July 2014 - October 2014
From July 2014 through October 2014, we anticipate the contractor will be working on the following construction elements:

  • Structural steel erection
  • Metal decking
  • Metal decking concrete floor pours
  • Fire proofing
  • Pre-cast exterior skin (late September/early October start)

Press Release: Crossing 900 Breaks Ground!

The project will be built where the City parking lot on Middlefield Road is now, adjacent to the Redwood City Caltrain station, and opening up to Theatre Way and the On Broadway retail/cinema complex. You can see a location map here.
