Free music every week throughout the summer! This year brings 14 unique concerts on Friday evenings from 6 to 8 pm, beginning with the variety band SONA on May 31st and running through August 30th with the seasonal favorite Pride and Joy closing out the season. With top-quality local and national musical performers — from rock and pop, to reggae and much more— music fans of all ages will be thrilled to discover and enjoy our free summer concert series. Courthouse Square is the Community's "Living Room" and the weather can't be beat! Come down and spend Fridays with us!

Reminder- glass bottled beverages are NOT allowed at events. This policy will be enforced.

Fronted by powerful female vocalist Sona Lofaro, SONA breathes new life into some of the biggest hits by artists such as Journey, P!NK, Van Halen, Heart, Led Zeppelin, Prince, Boston, Green Day, Bon Jovi, AC/DC, and many others. Creating a truly memorable experience guaranteed to please audiences of all ages. SONA keeps audiences on their feet and coming back for more.

The Big Fit is a high-octane funk, soul, and rock with horns, organ and groove, wrapped up in thick, juicy vocal harmonies. The best kept secret in California, the Big Fit has been entertaining audiences with their unique blend of pop, funk, and rock music since 2005. Great songwriting and prodigious musicianship has earned them multiple music awards and seen them share the stage with national and international acts.

Now in its twenty second phenomenal year, Caravanserai is the most widely known and traveled Santana Tribute band in the land, and is now an established icon in the tribute world country-wide. This is the group the San Jose Metro declared “The Top Santana Tribute” and the San Francisco Examiner called “The Country’s Pre-eminent Santana Tribute Band” and radio DJ Wayne Coy eclared "The Greatest Santana Tribute in the World" on the air at KKIQ 101.7 in the Bay Area. Originally a replication of Rock and Roll Hall of Fame band Santana's legendary early days,  Caravanserai has grown to include material from all eras of Santana's 52-year history. Painstaking care has been taken in the recreation of early and new music performed by this band of
journeymen from the San Francisco Bay Area.

The Caravanserai show explosively recreates the rhythms, drive and the atmosphere of sounds that have made Santana a mainstay in the history Rock Music for the past five decades!

July 19 • Top 40 & Soul Review
California Soul

California Soul is the premier Bay Area Top 40 and Soul Review band, made up of heavy hitting players spanning the North, East and South Bays. Their musical range includes favorites past and present played in the throwback style of Stax and Motown's greatest hits. These musicians are no strangers to the big stage.  Dynamic vocalist Luqmon Frank commands with power and finesse while co-lead vocalist Leah Tysse's sweet and raw stylings complete their one-two punch.  Leah has sold out shows at Yoshi's San Francisco as well as to regularly perform with the legendary Pete Escovedo.  Keyboardist Raleigh Neal fills the funk pocket with a technical edge.  He has played arenas around the world with Michael Franti & Spearhead.  Drummer Aaron Green is a heavy-hitting powerhouse who has played with major acts such as En Vogue and Ginuwine.  Guitarist Jackson Allen's heavy rhythmic approach and tasteful solo leads colors the groove. He has performed on national television backing Swedish pop artist Zara Larsson.  Bassist Ben Burleigh anchors California Soul's round Motown sound with his retro bass stylings.  He has toured nationally with the Marcus Eaton trio and performed locally with Terry Haggerty, Will Champlin and Lydia Pense.

More than just an impersonation, When Doves Cry, the Prince Tribute Show, is a dynamic and multi-talented band that puts the integrity of the music Prince left us above all else. Formed in late 2015 in Sacramento, California, the band taps into the heart of Prince's music like no other. We leave it all on stage, every time we perform. WDC also holds the distinction of being the Only Prince Tribute band in the World to have performed the entire "1999" & "Purple Rain" albums in the same night.  WDC also performs all of his greatest hits, as well as many songs other tributes won't touch. With a songlist of over 90 Prince songs (and growing), we can guarantee there's something in our show for both the casual and the die hard Prince fans.

They have achieved this by presenting the most timeless pop/soul music of our time in an electrifying high-style show that pulls the audience directly into the heart of their performance. “It's always been natural for us to reach out and draw in the audience.We make the people feel they're part of the performance because they are,” says Pride & Joy founder and bandleader Coleman Burke. “That's what Pride & Joy has always been about--creating a great feeling in the room.
